This gentle yoga class helps you restore you body and renew your mind and spirit. Each pose is supported by bolsters and props to create a space where the poses hold you. Offered Sundays at 11am.
This all levels class is for everyone. A mix of poses, breathing, opening, & deep relaxation. Modifications always offered. Class often ends with a deep relaxation in a Reiki infused space, or with a simple meditation.
PreNatal Yoga: Focuses on safely guiding Mommas with breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, yoga poses & preparations for labor. Sessions of PreNatal passes based on your Due Date or Drop-In. This is also a wonderful class for both brand new moms and experienced parents to experience the practice within a community.

Cleanse & Release
This combination of Vigorous Vinyasa with gentle, restorative and yin yoga offers an opportunity to ring out stress and tension and dive deep into opening and release.
Students will be offered a powerful movement and pranayama (breathing techniques) series in the start of the class followed by longer holds in deep shoulder, hip and leg opening poses. The result is purification of the whole body, mind and spirit. We’ll often end class with a short meditation or in a Reiki infused space.
Some yoga experience is recommended, all levels are welcome and modifications can be used.
This 90 minute well balanced class will help you deeply explore your practice and ends with a guided meditation.
Poses are chosen to help cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, to settle the mind & renew your spirit.
Yoga & Henna for Girls
At these special events we will practice both the energetic playful movements of yoga postures along with focused calm breathing techniques to refresh and and have fun followed by sharing a Henna skin art of each child's choice.
