Pranayama is one of the 8 limbs of Yoga and can be a wonderful place to begin your practice. This week we share the first of the several Yoga breathing practices available. Durga or 3 Part Breath is a basic breath that encourages belly breathing to start, and then brings the breath upward into the ribs and chest
