Come celebrate the first day of summer / longest day of the year with an invigorating and nourishing All Levels Yoga practice. This class is free for all and everyone is welcome to attend. We will be accepting donations to benefit the historic Roycroft campus. Class will be held rain or shine. In poor weather we will move indoors to Dard Hunter Hall inside the print shop. Sign-up Here

Then this is the evening for you! We’ll gather at 4:00 and have a brief introduction to Reiki for those who are newer and then move in to sharing and practicing Reiki.

Established practitioners will find this is a wonderful opportunity to share and receive, while newer practitioners will have a safe place to practice and ask questions.

If you’d simply like to come and experience reiki again or even for the first time, you are welcome to come explore and discuss what energy medicine can bring to your life and your wellness path.

We’ll also have a bowl of Reiki favors charged by the group for everyone to take home with them.

Yoga for youth offers kids time and space to learn life-skills that will support them the for rest of their lives. They will learn how to center themselves by paying attention to their breath. Students get to play with movements, poses, and Yoga games encouraging flexibility, strong bodies, and development of coordination. Plus, Yoga provides simple tools that kids can use to help them relax, focus, and stay calm. All of this, in a fun community classroom setting!

*No experience needed - all are welcome to attend.
