Yoga Nidra Retreat Weekend

Leb by Ashley Strazzella 200hr RYT, this 2 day weekend workshop will run November 11th 12:30-4:30pm & November 12th 12:30-4:30pm.

New to Yoga Nidra/integrated relaxation? Been to a few drop in classes and want to take your practice deeper? This workshop is designed to take you deep into the practice of Yoga Nidra and estabish a self practice for home. Class will include 4 guided sessions, discussion, theory, and tea/snack breaks. 

WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?
The Sanskirt words “Yoga Nidra” translate as “Yogic Sleep", and class feels like just that, a source of rest and rejuvination. Yoga Nidra is a relaxation technique that allows us to achieve a deep and whole state relaxation & release while exporing the depths of the subconscious mind. Yoga Nidra can be especially beneficial for those who experience anxiety, difficulty relaxing, insomnia, constant stress, low energy, or feel like they are “high strung”.

Please bring to class;
A healthy snack/lunch for the break
A notebook (if you like taking notes)
A phone or recording device for 2nd day only (optional)
