Yoga Cleanse (5 Saturday mornings 8:30-10am)
Join Erin Schifferli on this 5 week journey to reignite a soulful practice with the intention of connection at its core. Connection first to ourselves, thereby making possible, connection to all those around us as well as our surroundings. Fall is a season of untethering and letting go of what we don't need, in essence, cleaning out the old. This class will offer space for us to expand our breathing practices, advance our physical Asana practices with intermediate positions and challenge us to anchor our minds so we can observe/choose more clearly and stay grounded during this Vata season. We will enjoy a sweet warming flow - encouraging us to clean our bodies, open up the energetic systems and move into stillness. Through movement, breath and mindfulness we cultivate depth in our awareness and arrive at clarity. We will work within the practice to re-discover the bright light that already thrives in all of us. Expect rest and meditation at the end of class. Bring your intentions and come create space / open up for whatever is to come. Unveil your truest potential inside your best Self.
