Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Workshop


Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an emotional version of acupressure with infinite healing potential. We tap on certain energy meridian points with our fingertips while focusing on a negative emotion such as fear, anxiety, anger or frustration. Properly done, this can produce a calming effect, rewire a new neural pathway in the brain, reduce the negative emotion and shift to a positive state in a matter of minutes.

EFT can be used to alleviate negative thought patterns or emotions or change deeper held beliefs and perceptions. Other uses include healing physical pain, past trauma, or coping with cravings. Come learn this technique that’s literally at your fingertips, and feel the freedom it provides!

Please bring a lunch, a journal and pen.  EFT Handouts will be provided.
