Let's prepare for the coming of spring!
In like a Lion out like a Lamb, March is a wonderful month to bring cleansing into our practice. As the length of daylight continues to grow and the Earth starts to stir, we can apply this freshness within our Yoga and meditation practices. With detoxifying breathing practices, warming and cleansing twisting postures and mind-clearing restoration, we will polish ourselves for the warmer months to come. It is a great time to allow the resources, rest and reflections of Winter to fuel the upcoming expansion of Spring.
As humans, we must remember that we too are a part of Nature, and practicing in alignment with the seasons can help our minds, bodies and spirits flow with both ease and vigor. Unveil your radiance! Each class will offer breathing practice, asanas (postures), meditation time and final relaxation. Some Yoga experience is recommended.
