Intro to Yoga for Men

Join us for a three week introduction to the practice of Yoga.

Sundays: May 13, May 20, May 27 at 9:30 am


This is a perfect way for guys to find the benefits of a yoga practice in a straight forward way without being in a room full of people who seem like they can all touch their toes.

Over the years we've seen that many many men carry stress and tension in similar way, sore necks and shoulders, tension in their lower backs and hamstrings. We'll work though those common areas and build a sustainable practice.

Yoga is an excellent way to:

  • Build strength
  • Build flexibility
  • Build stamina
  • Release Tension from your body
  • Find peace of mind
