Experienced Yogis and new students are welcome to join Karah, 200 hour Registered Ashtanga Yoga Teacher and Physical Therapy PhD, for this introduction to the challenging practice of Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois.
Students will learn the fundamentals of the breathing, asana (postures), and meditative aspects of the primary series. This powerful style of Yoga was designed to cleanse and purify both the body and mind leaving people feeling fluid, clear, and centered.
