JoyWheel Yoga & Wellness is hosting a beginner's four week series to introduce the practices of yoga and give your the confidence in a supported environment to bring this ancient wellness method into your own life. 

Yoga is shown to work with all aspects of body, mind, and spirit to cultivate greater strength, flexibility, ease, and calmness in our lives.

This class explores:

  • Basic Standing and Seated Poses

  • The basic breathing techniques used in yoga

  • An introduction to meditation

  • Ways to relax and restore
