Special Three Week Series!
Yoga offers a wonderful opportunity to keep our minds and our bodies strong and flexible, and this class for Seniors is also a great place to connect with the community around us.
This is a one-hour slow flowing class incorporates breath work, strengthening,and stretching which heals and protects the body and mind. We will also work on balance and relaxation and end with a simple meditation.
Chairs are available for those who prefer to sit for a yoga class and adaptions can always be made.
