This class provides the basic tools to practice soothing touch for infants for parents, grandparents, or caretakers.
What do students need to bring - Infants (newborn-crawling) napping or alert is fine. Not for premature infants if under 32 weeks. Participants may also bring a babydoll/stuffed animal if infant is not available to you. Blanket/swaddle to perform massage on and to swaddle baby following the massage. Jojoba oil or any other natural, cold-pressed oil. Mineral oils not recommended. May bring a pen if you’d like to take notes during the class.
